Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Act as a trusted, high‑impact advisor to the Managing Director and senior leadership, bringing strong commercial credibility within sales and pre‑sales environments
Translate global and regional HR strategies into local execution.
Collaborate effectively with Global HRBP’s to ensure global strategies are executed locally.
Business Partnering
Embed deep, credible partnerships across the business to drive real outcomes — not just advice
Lead across the full HR agenda: ER, workforce planning, talent, hiring, and executive coaching
Bring a strong commercial lens to challenge, influence, and shape workforce decisions
High‑Performance Culture
Drive a high‑performance culture through leadership enablement and performance processes.
Ensure continuous education on Aspire 2 Thrive framework.
Employee Relations & Legal Compliance
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions.
Support Works Councils and Unions, ensuring compliant practices
Mitigate legal exposure in HR- related litigation
Talent Acquisition, Management & Succession Planning
Partner with Talent COE on talent mapping and succession planning.
Support activities which really drive rapid talent acquisition
Help to assist with workforce planning and development
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead, coach and develop a small team of HR Business Partners/Generalists
Drive the HR team to ensure that HR is seen as added value, collaborative and business focused. Pro-active and responsive to ensure we support the business goals.
Set clear expectations round performance, judgment and stakeholder management
HR Strategy & Operational Excellence
Lead delivery of core HR processes and ensure data accuracy.
Ensure collaboration with COE’s and that they are educated on activities on the ground so that they have greater impact.
