Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join a automotive specialist in the Stourbridge area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding, particularly withTIG processes on carbon. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality welds.
Responsibilities
- TIG Pipe welding on carbon steel
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Apply basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.
Experience
- 2 years experience on TIG welding
- Coded qualifications is advantageous
- The ability to work with carbon is essential
The Package
- Temp on gojng role for the right candidate could lead to permanent work.
- £15 - £16
- Day shift, 8am to 4:30pm.
